Four decades of cartoons under one roof

A cartoon on the foreign policy of the Central government that appeared on the front page of a leading newspaper captured his imagination. He soon began to study the genre closely. After joining IIT, Delhi as a lecturer in 1963, he began collecting cartoons and went on doing so until he left the institution in 2000.
